WW1 Tour

This was a great tour. Everything advertised was seen and received. Great commentary by Phillippe A really soul searching day that everyone should experience to cement in our minds that the consequences are never the expected outcomes

Flanders Fields Tour

Thank you for a great tour of the battlefields on Tuesday, 11th March, we thoroughly enjoyed the day and found it very interesting and informative. We learned a great deal and would recommend the tour to all, especially in this 100th Anniversary year.

Battlefield Tour

Hello all Just been on a fantastic tour with Phillipe. He is very knowledgeable and puts all the info across in the correct manner. Every stop was well planned and you got enough time to look at everything. The sandwiches at lunch time were a joy to be hold. The only drawback was there wasn't much of a choice. We were picked up from our hotel by taxi and taken to the meeting point in Brugge main square. It's part of the price. We decided to stay on for the Last Post. What a great event. It was great, it only lasts 15 mins depending on how many reefs being laid. Phil said to be there by 1930. We got there at 1920 and it was already very busy. We were told that it was only 10 extra each but the taxi costs 30. As no one else was coming back we had to pay the difference. You get picked up right by the Menin Gate. We were back at our hotel by 2110 hours. Enough time for a few beers. It's a long day but it well worth it. Now just for the chocolate trip which will be our next objective.

Flanders Field Tour including the last post Menin

18 February 2014 My mum and I enjoyed every minute of our tour. Philippe was the perfect guide - very knowledgeable and informative both on route and at all the stops. We were glad that we had opted to include the Last Post at the Menin Gate - a very moving experience and one that should not be missed. Thank you so much Bev and Sheila

Flanders Fields Tour

Hi guys, Just wanted to add my thanks for a great tour, taken just before Remembrance Day and certainly very memorable. Phillipe is a great guide and added lots of local interest and visiting the sites and graves was something not easily forgotten. Nice small group, comfortable transport and a tasty lunch stop as well. Will certainly be recommending you to friends and family in the future. Thanks for a great day and good luck for the 2014 season. Gary

Thanks for a wonderful day

Flanders Fields Battlefields. 17Nov'13 Many thanks again to you both for a fantastic day. Philippe was a great guide and the tour ran like clockwork. The tour was a highlight of our visit to Bruges and we will recommend it to anyone we know visiting the region as a "must do". All the best for 2014.

Bromsgrove

Hi Sharon & Philippe I trust you had a good Christmas? Right now I'm sat up in bed (lazy I know) reflecting on the battlefield tour around Ieper, that Walter Pat, Sue & myself did with you. We just like to thank you for an *** tour as we found it very informative. Since getting back Walter & I bought the DVD as recommended " Beneath Hill Sixty" brilliant. I also bought Passchendaele & my boy Jack which are based on true accounts of the Great War. I watched them, all one after the other equally worth watching. We certainly would recommend your Tour to anyone thinking of Visiting Bruges or Ieper. Many thanks & a happy New Year Steve Sylvester Bromsgrove England

Flanders Field Battlefields

A relaxing yet very informative overview of the Ypres area in WW1. Philippe certainly knows his subject, and we did too by the end of a well-paced day. A very worthwhile trip.

A huge thanks for such a breathtaking day,

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Philippe for such an amazing tour. Your passion and knowledge of your subject is infectious, I spent the rest of our trip to Belgium asking my history buff husband all sorts of questions about the war, upon reflection it's a good job we decided against leaving him behind when he was the last one back to the coach! With thanks Jax.
