Leaving Belgium after the tour
If you are catching the Eurostar from Brussels after 7.00 pm or have a flight leaving after 8 pm from Brussels, then just bring along your luggage and we can drop you straight off at the Bruges train station.
The mini-coach
is air-conditioned and has 30 seats. No smoking on the bus please. However the tour does stop frequently. It is possible to visit an ancestors grave on the Flanders Fields battlefield tour - please ask in advance. Fully guided

Please note that the tours are given only in English.
Cancellation Policy
We accept your reservation by phone with good faith. Please be courteous and call if you have to cancel. Failure to phone us to cancel a seat which has been reserved will result in you being charged for that seat.
Please remember to wear good walking shoes as our tours involve quite a bit of walking about.

Reservations are essential and have to be confirmed by us by return email or phonecall to guarantee your seats !
Reservations are also essential for the free lunch.
Email reservations made less than 24hrs before the tour are accepted, but the booking can only be guaranteed if confirmed by phonecall, thanks.

Convenient departures from Bruges
The main pickup point is in front of Park Hotel, Zand Square at 9.15am. Other pickup points are Kruispoort - 9am (wait between the 2 bridges, on the Ring road); Katelijnepoort - 9.05am (cross the bridge and please wait in the bus stop) and train station - 9.10am (wait in the 10 minute pick up / drop off zone near the main street).
Pick ups from your hotel are possible if necessary. Please request when reserving as numbers are limited.
Payment - Preferably cash
You can pay at lunch time with either euro's or pounds. We also accept Visa- and Master card but please add €2 per person for administration costs.
Special requests
If you wish to see something specific (e.g. an ancestors grave), please ask in advance and we will gladly try to accommodate you.
New as from 2012
We can organise that we drop you off in the city of Ypres after our tour, so you can be present at the Last Post Ceremony at 8pm. We organise that you are picked up after the ceremony and that you are dropped off at 9pm in Bruges at your hotel. The extra cost for this service is only between 65€ (<5pax) and 85€ (>4pax), depending on the number of people, this is not per person but for your group.
