Update tours 2022

Our tour season will start again from Wednesday 9th of February 2022. We are looking forward to tour again and having you as our guests!

Back on the road to Flanders Fields!

Dear guest, we can now confirm that our tour to Flanders Fields has resumed after a long forced interuption. Since July 15th you can book again for our tour and we are looking forward to seeing you soon!

Light at the end of a long tunnel!

Dear Future Guests,

Together with you, we are looking forward to the European Vaccination Passport so that people can start overseas traveling safely again. Our tours to Flanders Fields will hopefully resume soon after this. We certainly will give you, as our future guest, a safe feeling as by the 12th of June 2021 both of us, Sharon and myself, will be vaccinated. This was also for us essential before starting up again. We all like to feel safe. The date we focus on, if government restrictions for our type of tours are abolished, is to offer tours again both in English and Dutch from beginning of July onwards. Todays first vaccination for one of us was stepp one in the whole process!

See you soon!

Update tours 2021

Hello future visitor of our beautiful city Bruges,

After a shocking year 2020, we are now halfway through February 2021. In normal days we now would have send an email to our partners in Bruges and Flanders Fields about our start-up after an enjoyable holiday. No start-up this year, no enjoyable holiday, and still a lot of question marks for all.

Just like you, we also have no perspective at this stage when the start of a new tourist season is approaching. Last year at the beginning of the crisis, we announced with full conviction: We will continue!

We kept our promise! Almost 12 long months later, with also moments of doubt, we have not given up hope of a revival of our tour to Flanders Fields!

We still shout: “We still want to and will continue!”.

As soon as allowed and possible, we will offer our tour to Flanders Fields back to you, future visitor of Bruges. In the meantime, we are already preparing a few things, also with the support of Visit Flanders. We will keep you informed of this in due time.

We still try to uphold the slogan "Woeden us an 't ges", Flemish which translates as “We are holding on to the grass”, and means as much as: “It’s hard, but we’re not giving up!”.

Hope to see you very soon, keep safe and healthy!

Latest Update after government message

Dear future guests,

at this stage we have to update our starting date to March 1st 2021. We will keep you posted here and on our social media about any changes. Thanks for your support and keep safe! We'll meet soon if we all so so!

Adapted scheduling Tour 2 Best of Belgium

We have decided that our tour Best of Belgium will not be scheduled for the year 2021, and will only offer our very good tour to Flanders Fields. Looking forward to see you coming soon to Belgium.

Update Covid-19

Our tours are not allowed to run till at least January 15th 2021. We have decided to start offering tours again from 2nd of February 2021 on, unless further restrictions do not allow us to restart.

We have faith in the medical world but also hope that people will follow the rules to avoid spreading of the virus. Together we'll beat this and we look forward to meeting you on our tour.

Latest Update after lock-down 2 november 2020

Updating our information after new lock down started.

Due to the recent government decision for a second lock-down, we are not allowed to run tours till at least 14th of December 2020. Our last tour so far was a good one, last Wednesday, with three great guys from Canada (pilots). We hope to still be able to guide some tours after this date and before the end of the year so in case you need any information, don't hesitate to contact us by mail or phone.

We will never give up…

Option to stay for Last Post with transport back.

The option to stay after our tour and be present for the 8pm Last Post Ceremony is temporary suspended till further notice. We apologise but this is due to the safety protocols with Covid-19 and number of people allowed in a vehicle.

Finally !!!

Dear visitor,

we can now announce that our tour to Flanders Fields will be offered again from July 16th on. We hope that this try out of start-up will be succesful enough to come back to normal.

All precautions are taken to make you and us feel safe to spend the day together, and all this according to the strict protocol from our government.

We wish you good health and safe traveling.

We are waiting to give you the warmest welcome back to Belgium and Bruges feeling.

Update Covid-19

Dear guests, and future guests. Due to the latest news we have to update our info and tours are not possible nor responsible till at least halfway July or until further notice. Obviously these are not good days for anybody involved with a business, but only following the rules as we do will make this possible. So as we say in Flemish: "Stay in your COT". Thanks again for all who positively look to the future and re-booked for the near future and for those who did not cancel their booking for after end of May yet. Together with you we are also sure there will be a life after Covid-19. And it might be a better one!! Wishing you all good health, and thanks again for your support. We hope to see you soon as we miss our daily visits to Flanders Fields, the people we meet on our tours, and those partners we daily include with our tour, such as Hooge Crater museum museum. For all info about your booking or query certainly call or email us. Sharon and Philippe.
